The Tarnished
- As a child Zao's village was ravaged and destroyed by Lord Vraxx, leaving all but one... Zao. Zao harnessed his anger and hatred towards the Lord Vraxx, waging war for centuries against Lord Vraxx's galactic empire in the hopes of being killed and sent to Valhalla so he can then face him again. Zao once declared on King Zuva and his empire, battling against him and his army as a lone warrior for weeks. The battle ended in a tie and Zao had gained the respect of King Zuva, creating a new found allieship between the two. Zao used this new allieship with King Zuva to help take down Lord Vraxx, with King Zuva aiding Zao in his war against Lord Vraxx's galactic empire.
