Timed matches are one of the gamemodes in Brawlhalla. It is most notably available for play in the Free-for-All matchmaking mode.

In the Timed gamemode, the match is set to last for a certain duration. This is by default set to 3 minutes, but can be up to 15 minutes. For the duration of the match players are attempting to get the most KOs. Earning a KO will grant the player +2 points, however getting KO'd will cause the player to lose -1 point. Players will also lose -3 points if they accidentally fall of the map. The person with the most points by the end of the match wins. By default matches will consist of 4 players, but can be up to 8 players in Custom Online matches.
If more than one player has the same score when the match timer ends, they will enter Sudden Death, where each player has a high amount of damage set. The last player standing in Sudden Death wins the match.
Additionally, there is the option in Custom Online matches to set a score to win, anywhere from 2 to 50 points. This is disabled by default.
